Building Energy Modeler

POSITION SUMMARY:

Candidates will be responsible for performing energy modeling and quantity take-offs.

EXPERIENCE:

• Must have at least (1) year of experience as an Energy Modeler
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform detailed energy modeling using energy simulation software
• Engage in technical analysis of energy systems/building structures and prepare detailed technical reports
• Communicate and work with professional engineering staff and clients for purposes of insuring that technical requirements and deadlines are met 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have received a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or Construction.
