SourceCorp expands R&D department

Chad McNeal joins SourceCorp's continually expanding R&D Department today as Research and Development Tax Specialist. His primary responsibilities will include preparation, interviewing, evaluating, and delivering Research and Development tax credit studies.

Prior to joining SourceCorp, Chad worked for more than four years for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, Texas. Chad served the majority of his time at Lockheed Martin as a Value Engineer on the Joint Strike Fighter Program. He was responsible for coordinating engineering activities associated with proposal development, analyzed product design data to determine conformance to established design criteria, and approved initial design modification based on producibility, cost and component technology factors.

Chad received his BS in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University where he majored in finance with a minor in accounting. He received his MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas with a concentration in finance.
